What Fox customers say
Before the rebrand
These reviews were earned by our crews under the Confident Coatings &
Exteriors name, the company our founder ran before rebranding his
operation as Fox. Same owner, same crews, same phone number. The name on the
truck changed; the standard did not.
Confident Coatings of Colorado Springs transformed our home. They repaired years of weathered, aging stucco and painted the entire exterior with craftsmanship that truly stands out. Their team was exceptionally professional, arriving on time every day, treating our home with real care, and completing the project exactly as promised. The finished result is stunning. Our house looks refreshed, elevated, and honestly better than I imagined.
Wow! We're absolutely thrilled with our home's new look! Patrick Rafferty assured us that our 20-year-old home would look brand new, and he was right. He checked on his team daily and was extremely responsive as the project evolved. Tomás and Ricardo displayed a work ethic beyond reproach, completing an enormous job--total home and detached garage--in less than 5 days. They were respectful and diligent and clearly master craftsmen. Their attention to detail resulted in a finished product that exceeded our expectations.
We have a beautiful 'new' stucco and stone home all thanks to Patrick Rafferty & his company, Confident Coatings & Exteriors Inc! [...] All of the work crews consisted of hard-working, polite and helpful men who showed up consistently on the day promised by Patrick. The stucco and stone work quality was excellent as was the trim painting and really every detail of the project exceeded our high expectations.
John has done some painting for my husband and I in the past. He painted the outside of our house and then one of our bedrooms. He does quality work. When he and his family moved away, I was sorry to see him go, but he and his family just moved back to COS and we were so happy to see him. He just painted the other bedroom and I LOVE IT!!! He does such great work and uses quality products. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again John
Confident Costings gave a fair price, delivered a high quality service, and were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end.
Our painting project was completed in a timely manner and with perfection. There was great attention to detail with painting and clean up.
Do not take their word for it either
Reviews are a starting point, and here is a better test that works on us and on every other contractor you are considering. When we walk your property, ask for the addresses of two or three jobs we finished nearby. Drive by and look at them in raking afternoon light:
- Do stucco repairs match the surrounding texture, or can you find them from the driveway?
- Are the cut lines between wall and trim sharp and consistent?
- Is there overspray on windows, roofing, concrete, or the neighbor's property?
- Are caulk joints tooled and continuous, or gapped at the ends?
If we have already worked on your property, a review genuinely helps: call (719) 320-9830 or send us a note and tell us how it went, good or bad. The bad ones are the useful ones.
